Call Flow Design	Somerset Group Consulting utilizes Top Down Flowchart Application to develop call flow diagrams to depict various versions of call flows. The steps of this process include the following: meetings with key managers to determine requirements for call flows, how technology will be used, and organizational structure completion of a first version of call flows, review and creation of additional versions of call flows implementation of a written approval process for the finalization of the call flow diagrams review of call flow requirements with all vendors act as subject matter expert (SME) concerning call flow
CC MIS Implementation	Somerset Group Consulting meets with key managers to define requirements and how CC MIS be utilized. Project deliverables include the following: definition of requirements document translation of ACD/CC MIS requirements on to the DMS 100 translation worksheet definition of CC MIS requirements for CC MIS Administrative settings including definition of ACD Group Names; Agent Names and settings; ACD DN Names; Closed Key Walk Away Codes; Line of Business Codes; design of custom formulas, screens, and reports; Time Frames; and all other required information. SGC will act as the SME on the issues concerning CC MIS design.
Test & Acceptance	Somerset Group Consulting will coordinate the test and acceptance plans developed by the technology vendors, this activity includes the following: review of all vendor test and acceptance plan documents; coordination of vendor plans and integration into a single comprehensive test plan; review of testing feedback methodology; participation in the test and acceptance process; and preparation of final test & acceptance documentation.
Nortel DMS Solutions	Our consultants are experienced in all aspects of systems implementation and planning for complex operational design. We provide Switch Support and Customer Implementation services that provide complete organizational design including dial plan design, network design, set feature selection, ACDGROUP and SERVORD translations, training on Nortel agent and Centrex telephone instruments, ACD group design, switch data fill, change orders, CC MIS Setup, Custom Report Design and creation, and CCMIS end-user training.
